All entries must have new snap lids and rings in sealed jars. Only one jar per entry. Only one entry per class.
 
UNSEALED JARS, RUBBER RINGS WITH GLASS LIDS & WAX SEALS, RUSTED OR DAMAGED SNAP LIDS & RINGS WILL NOT BE JUDGED.
 
1st place entries in the personally sponsored specials will go to the sponsor after judging. Entries must be in between 7:00 – 8:30 pm Thursday August 4th or 8:30 – 11:00 am Friday August 5th. Removal time is 4:00 pm Sunday August 7th.

Judging will be based on appearance, taste, texture & recipe creativity - Must include attached recipe AND proof of purchase of Bernardin pectin (product box is sufficient). 1st - $20.00 Bernardin Gift Certificate
